The program provides participants with hands-on experience across multiple divisions, preparing them to advance through the organization toward senior leadership roles.

President Trainees (PTs) begin at entry-level positions, supporting General Vice Presidents (GVPs) and their teams, and work to understand every aspect of company operations—from recruitment to event coordination and member engagement. Trainees are guided through a structured training and performance review system, with clear milestones for advancement over time.
